After some time working in the industry, Trish went back to school to earn a Masters in Business Administration also from Auburn University with the intention to understand business strategies, and processes, and ultimately serve clients better as a complement to her design talents.

Her design experience is broad, with residential experience extending from fully-custom home new construction projects, and remodeling projects in include kitchen, bath, and basement renovations, to furnishing homes and outdoor living spaces. Her commercial portfolio includes lobbies, building public spaces, model homes, restaurants, and professional office spaces. Macy BARNHARt

Associate Designer

As a design student at Ohio University with a passion for interior design, I have spent the past two years interning at White Horse Design of Carlisle, where I began as a senior in high school. My interest in design stems from the creativity and critical thinking involved in the design process. I am fascinated by how different materials can impact the way people feel in a space and how enhanced functionality can improve life.

My studies in interior design have deepened my understanding of the field, emphasizing the use of science, technology, art, and manipulation of space, light, and color to enhance the human experience. I believe that interior design is more than just aesthetics; it is about improving life by creating functional, beautiful spaces that cater to human needs and behaviors. I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of interior design and am excited to continue my journey in bringing creativity and innovation to every project I undertake.

At White Horse Design it’s not about the quantity of clients in our portfolio but about the quality of care and attention each client receives.
